Study on the influence of joint on the performance of container house
Abstract: since 2009, the sharp decline of global international trade has led to the reduction of the total demand for containers, but it has accelerated the pace of container elimination and abandonment. Therefore, the transformation of waste second-hand container houses has developed rapidly, and has been extended from single-storey temporary houses to multi-storey permanent houses. However, at present, there are few connection methods between containers in China, and the method is too simple. For multi-storey container houses, node forms need to be set to meet the shear resistance between containers. Whether a new node form can be designed has become the largest bottle neck for the development of container houses. In this paper, the research and analysis of multi-storey container house under the connection form of cross clamp and other nodes are studied. Firstly, its excellent performance under static force is analyzed, and the necessary theoretical derivation is carried out; Study its characteristics under external load. Secondly, this paper uses the finite element software ABAQUS to simulate the top load displacement curve of the container house, and compares it with the theoretical analysis. Finally, this paper obtains the excellent performance of the node connection such as cross clamp, which promotes the development of the industry.Key words: shear resistance of joint connection of waste second-hand container reconstruction house
1. Current situation
At present, there are about 24 million containers circulating rapidly all over the world, and about 1 million containers need to be eliminated every year. Since 2009, the rapid decline of global international trade has led to the reduction of total container demand, and accelerated the pace of container elimination and abandonment. The abandoned second-hand container houses were bred, but most people know that the container houses are only single-layer houses used in temporary construction sites. How to develop the multi-layer connection of container houses has become the biggest bottleneck restricting the development of container houses. This analysis will analyze the connection nodes between boxes in order to meet the requirements of simple construction, Easy to process and manufacture, clear force transmission and reasonable structure; Meet and adapt to the diversity of military, civil and industrial housing; Achieve easy disassembly and separation, modular mobility and flexible performance; The durability of node components is required to reach the service life; Meet the tensile and shear capacity under external load; Meet the requirements of seismic and wind resistance specifications.
2. Research on container house nodes
2.1 node form analysis
Both bolt connection and double headed cone can bear relatively large horizontal shear resistance, but due to the small gap between container houses, the bolt frame for vertical connection needs to be transformed accordingly to the original container; The connection of clamps or locks acts on the connection between the corners of the horizontal container houses, connecting the two container houses, playing the role of longitudinal shear resistance and tension, and greatly improving the safety of the structure as a whole. Generally, the safety of container houses with 1 ~ 3 floors can be met by connecting with clamps; L-shaped steel plate girth welding is adopted, which saves more materials under the condition of ensuring safety, and the construction is convenient, but the disassembly is very troublesome; The structure of container cross steel plate clamp is that the middle is steel plate, and four clamps are protruded from the top and bottom respectively. When connecting with the container, because of the special structure of the corner of the container, the corner of the column can be directly clamped into the protruding clamp slot, in which there are clamps that can change the direction, Such a cross plate clamp structure can be connected with 8 corner columns and corner pieces up and down, that is, it can meet the connection of 8 containers, simplify the installation process, greatly shorten the construction period, and is economical and convenient. The cross plate clamp can be processed directly in the factory. Moreover, under the condition of ensuring safety, it is more suitable for people's life. Moreover, the advantage of cross card is convenient disassembly, which greatly enhances its mobility.

2.2 theoretical and software analysis
If there is no node connection, the boxes will be independent of each other and cannot be taken as a whole, then its overall displacement and shear capacity will be greatly weakened. This analysis is calculated or simulated under the assumption of the connection of nodes between boxes. For two container houses with single storey and double spans, the vertical shear force between the boxes is 0.267p after calculation; The corresponding analog value of the software is 0.22p. However, without the assumption and connection of nodes, there will be relatively large staggered deformation between the boxes, which can not be taken as a whole. Under the theoretical calculation, the displacement of the top floor of the two-story frame is 0.08lm, and under the software calculation, the displacement of the top floor is 0.115m. It can be imagined that if there is no assumption and connection of nodes, there will be a large horizontal displacement between the boxes, which can not be taken as a whole.
