1. 1-2 people for steel structure design deepening positions

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design deepening of steel structure construction projects, and conduct detailed structural analysis and calculations according to the original design drawings and project requirements.

2. Work closely with the project team to ensure that the design deepening plan meets the actual needs of the project, including the special functional requirements of the Steel structure workshop and site conditions.

3. Prepare detailed steel structure construction drawings and technical documents to provide accurate guidance for construction.
4. Participate in the technical disclosure of the project and technical support at the construction site, and solve technical problems that arise during the construction process in a timely manner.
5. Assist the project manager in project cost control, optimize the design plan, and reduce the project cost.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, civil engineering, structural engineering and other related majors.
2. Have solid theoretical knowledge of steel structure design, and be familiar with steel structure design specifications and related standards.
3. Proficient in design software such as CAD and Tekla Structures.
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and be able to withstand work pressure.
5. Those with experience in deepening the design of steel structure workshops or other steel structure building projects are preferred.

6. More than 3 years of experience in the same position required

7. Basic salary 10,000-15,000

8 Salary structure: basic salary (monthly demolition volume) + performance exceeding the monthly demolition volume index + segmented performance + year-end bonus

II. 1-3 steel structure foreign trade positions

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overseas market development of steel structure building products and the promotion of the company's steel structure plant and other products and services.

2. Communicate and negotiate with overseas customers, understand customer needs, and provide professional solutions.

3. Follow up on order progress, coordinate production, logistics and other departments to ensure that orders are delivered on time.

4. Collect overseas market information, analyze market trends and competitors, and provide reference for the company's market strategy.

5. Participate in domestic and foreign exhibitions and industry activities to expand customer resources and enhance the company's brand awareness. 6. Provide an official website administrator account, optimize the website to release products, and develop customers

7. Develop customers by yourself through any other means such as social platforms

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, majoring in international trade, English, etc.
2. Possess fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to communicate effectively with overseas customers.
3. Understand the steel structure construction industry, and those with foreign trade work experience are preferred.
4. Have good communication, negotiation and market development skills.
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and be able to adapt to business trips.

6. More than 3 years of experience in the same position are required

7. Basic salary 4500-10000

8 Salary structure: basic salary (performance indicators) + performance exceeding performance indicators + segmented performance + year-end bonus
