Third level qualification standard, with a net asset of over 8 million yuan, no less than 3 registered construction engineers in the field of construction engineering, a technical leader with more than 5 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, intermediate or above professional titles or registered construction engineer qualifications in construction engineering related fields, and having completed at least 2 projects in this category with qualified engineering quality. There shall be no less than 10 construction site management personnel, and all personnel including construction workers, quality inspectors, safety inspectors, material inspectors, cost inspectors, and document inspectors shall be complete.
